It was a last minute decision to sell our home in 4S ranch. After searching for an agent I came across Arianna who recently sold a home in our neighborhood. With all the positive reviews I read, I knew she was the right agent. Arianna was very professional from the very beginning and focuses on marketing which is key! She helped to answer all my questions and alleviated all my concerns. Arianna also helped to get us into our new home! All in all we sold and bought within 30 days! I truly believe we wouldn’t have sold our home so quickly and would not have been able to sell over asking price if it weren’t for her.
